A citizen’s video of a vehicle participating in sideshow activity in a residential neighborhood helped Richmond police locate the alleged driver and impound his vehicle over the weekend.
For the third time in five days, Richmond firefighters responded to an abandoned building engulfed in flames.
The latest call came last night at 9:30 as responders found flames coming from the first floor and rear of the structure on the 400 Block of Market Ave in North Richmond.
