The Richmond community is invited to Bridge Storage Arts and Events Space on December 27th, 2023, from 2-4 pm to get to know their neighbors and have some fun. This event will be used to inform our project. People of all ages are invited! We welcome all attendees to bring an item that brings them joy! It could be a photo, a musical instrument, an item of clothing, etc... During this event, attendees will be invited to participate in games and conversation with one another, as well as reflect on their own experiences over the last few years. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided! From this event, as well as interviews conducted by Fragmented Light Theater, a documentary-style theater piece will be produced, telling the stories of Richmond residents through the COVID-19 pandemic. What their experiences were, where are they now, and how can we heal as a community.
