Richmond police are investigating a shooting that left one person injured on Tuesday evening at the Crescent Park Apartments.
Officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation around the 4900 block of Hartnett Avenue at approximately 8:49 p.m. on April 15 and found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound, according to Lt. Donald Patchin, a public information officer with the Richmond Police Department. The victim was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive.

Two vehicles and a nearby structure were also struck by gunfire, Patchin said. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
This is Richmond's second shooting in four days. A man was struck by gunfire in a separate shooting in the 700 block of 26th Street on April 11.
